As your departure approaches, you’ll receive full access to your finalized itinerary and travel documents. In the meantime, please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months after your return date and that any necessary visas have been obtained.

We recommend planning 6–12 months in advance to secure our preferred hotels and guides, though we’re happy to accommodate shorter timelines. Trip design for last-minute trips that are happening within less than 45 days will incur additional fees.
Our guests book their own long-haul flights to ensure flexibility in timing, preferred airlines, and loyalty programs. We focus on the in-region flights that require careful coordination with accommodations, activities, and local travel logistics.
Absolutely—we love planning trips for solo travelers! Whether you’re after adventure, cultural immersion, or a chance to unwind, we’ll create a journey that reflects exactly what you’re looking for. Concierge is a great fit if: Your trip is relatively straightforward, you're comfortable self-booking and handling things once you arrive, You want expert planning without ongoing involvement. Concierge travel planning focuses on preparation before travel and does not include ongoing support during travel. ( each of those are bullet points or better yet the little gold flags we have been using) Elite Travel Management is best if: Your trip involves multiple destinations, You would like private transportation included, You want to book private activities, You want us to handle and oversee all the details. Elite travel includes in-trip support when needed meaning we are available while you are traveling to assist with questions, changes or unexpected situations. Elite is best for special occasions like honeymoons.
Yes. Certain trips require a higher level of coordination due to their complexity. Group trips or journeys that include more than 2 destinations, and those that have private drivers, private experiences, or tightly coordinated logistics are handled under Elite Travel Management to ensure the trip runs smoothly. This allows our team to expertly manage the experience for you.
Your trip is provided as a complete package because the rates and experiences we arrange are proprietary, negotiated through trusted partners, and not publicly available. This allows us to focus on designing your journey as a thoughtfully curated experience, not just a series of bookings.
Absolutely! Trip insurance is your safety net. Even the most carefully-planned trip can take an unexpected turn. Travel insurance offers peace of mind, covering you if illness, emergencies, or delays that disrupt your plans.
